Lead by example. People lead by example in many various way. Simply put, Lead by example is when a person does something that will touch upon their team members to carry on to others. You are teaching how to Lead by your example. Your team members Leader role starts with you.

Everyone has there own way of doing things. There are different Leader styles you can use when you are just starting out. There is no right way or wrong way to Lead by example, but there is always a better way. Share stories with these future Leaders on how you did things and do things.

Don’t create a “do as I say, not as I do” environment. This will make problems within your team. Always follow through with what you say and do. You are in a Leadership role and have a duty to your team members. They look to you for support, guidance, and motivation

If people have a problem offer them a solution, work together, don’t leave them to fix the problem by themselves. Part of being a leader is giving direction.
